At The 3D Print Store, we want our customers to be satisfied with both their purchase and the experience of purchasing through The 3D Print Store. We recommend that you read our terms and conditions carefully prior to making any purchases so that you are familiar with our policies on refunds, returns and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1.About The 3D Print Store and Contact

The 3D Print Store is a registered Australian business. Our ABN number is 34261858603. You can contact us by emailing our customer service team on support@the3dprintstore.com.au If we are required to contact the customer, we will do so via the email address provided at the time of enquire or purchase.


Products may vary slight from the pictures provided on our website. The images provided are for illustrative purposes only. Although we believe all images on our website are accurate, we cannot guarantee that products may look slightly different, particularly colours and finishes.

3.Change of Mind

Please do your research and choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind. We recommend that you examine the product prior to purchase to ensure you are fully aware of its intended use and quality.


At The 3D Print Store, we will confirm the cost of delivery during the order process. During the ordering process we will also communicate how the products will be delivers. Please note that estimated times of arrival will be provided, however these are approximate only. If products arrive early or are delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you where possible to discuss how we can ensure these delays or early arrivals have a minimal impact. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

5.Goods Damaged in Transit

We recommend that you carefully inspect your delivery upon arrival, if any goods arrive damaged, please contact the team at The 3D Print Store as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods collected and either replace the item or refund the full cost of the item to you.

Please note that damaged good must be returned in the condition they were received in by you, including all accessories and supporting documentation.

6.Product Pricing

All prices of products stated on www.the3dprintstore.com.au are in Australian Dollars. Although are thorough in ensuring prices are stated correctly, there is a possibility that despite our best efforts a product may be incorrectly priced. We check all prices before shipping orders and in the instance of an error the customer will be contacted to discuss action, but in most instances the if the incorrect price is lower than the correct price, the customer will be given the product at the lower cost original stated.


Refunds will be made by The 3D Print Store via the method of payment you used to make your purchase. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for refunds to be processed.

8.Consumer Guarantee

Where The 3D Print Store considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to The 3D Print Store will be at our costs. Please note, this only applies within Australian.


3D printers sold by The 3D Print Store must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your 3D printer you are entitled to:

  • Up to 30 days: a refund or replacement will be issued as soon as a fault is confirmed
  • Up to 6 months: a full refund if your 3D printer cannot be repaired or replaced

If the product you receive are defective and do not meet the satisfactory standards, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Please note, that 3D printers require regular maintenance*. Please ensure the 3D printer purchased is being used correctly and for its intended use, if there is evidence of incorrect use or user neglect, warranty may be voided.

*Regular maintenance should include fastener and belt tightening as well as general printer alignment and head cleaning as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
